Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Charlotte, NC

Hybrid onsite – 3 days in office/2 days remote

W2 rate                                $68-70/hr -  NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY

Occasional weekend support and overtime may be required

This role focuses on improving system reliability, scalability, and automation reducing manual effort and shifting operations left.

Environment includes 85 applications, with increasing focus on automation, RPA, chatbots, and AI-driven operations.

Skills

• Must have 2 years minimum SRE experience
• Must have strong software engineering and operational expertise to support large-scale, mission-critical systems.
• 2+ years working in banking/finance
• 5+ years SW development in either Java or Python
• Experience within JavaScript frameworks (React or Bootstrap)
• 2+ year within Kubernetes/OCP
• Database knowledge - Oracle, DB2, SQL, MongoDB
• Observability tools any of the following: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Splunk, AppDynamics, Logger, Elastic, Thousandeyes, Aternity
• 2+ years working in Cloud
• The ideal candidate will be interested in AI
