Business Intelligence Support Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: W2 Contract – 12 months
Work Schedule: Onsite-Hybrid
Schedule: 3 days in office
This support role involves providing first-level technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and support of BI tools required: SAS, PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Act as the initial contact for users seeking technical support, handling basic troubleshooting and common issues.
- Issue Logging: Receive and log support requests through various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Address ordinary problems such as password resets, software installations, and configuration issues.
- Knowledge Base Utilization: Use existing knowledge bases to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ticket Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support (L2) when necessary.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication with users to ensure they understand the support process and solutions provided.
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
