We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to support enterprise automation initiatives by migrating and modernizing workflows into Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role will focus on rebuilding legacy automations, improving business processes, and delivering scalable, well-documented solutions.
You’ll operate as the primary Power Platform developer within a collaborative environment, owning end-to-end delivery of automation solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.
Rebuild and migrate existing workflows from Nintex and SharePoint into Power Apps and Power Automate
Design and develop approval forms, workflows, and automation solutions
Enhance and optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and usability
Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously (ranging from 1 week to ~4 months)
Deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering through deployment
Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and best practices
Create detailed documentation for each automation solution
Develop reusable components and patterns to support future automation efforts
Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements (often via screenshots or documentation)
Collaborate with a centralized Power Platform team for standards and guidance
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing automations
Review requirements and existing workflows
Independently build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Communicate progress, blockers, and questions with stakeholders
Document solutions and prepare for deployment
2–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience building end-to-end automation solutions across multiple projects
Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process improvement
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue escalation
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse
UI/UX or application design experience within Power Apps
Light coding experience within the Power Platform ecosystem (e.g., expressions, formulas, integrations)
Experience creating test scripts or validation processes
Fully remote, U.S.-based role
