Job title: Program Manager – Enterprise Services Technology
Location: Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ
Hybrid work- some on site work

This is a strategic role within enterprise technology, leading critical cross-departmental initiatives. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive large-scale technology transformation efforts across the organization. This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in complex financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Transformation

• Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget

Drive Strategy

• Develop comprehensive program plans
• Define scope and objectives aligned to business goals

Communicate with Impact

• Act as primary liaison for program communications
• Translate technical details into clear insights for executive stakeholders

Build & Inspire Teams

• Lead cross-functional teams
• Foster collaboration and execution excellence

Innovate with AI

• Support integration of AI solutions within financial technology initiatives
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with a focus on technology transformation within financial services
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• Strong technical background with understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles
• Interest and/or experience with AI applications in financial technology
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or for a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• MBA
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP)
