We are seeking a self-driven Full Stack Engineer capable of owning delivery with minimal oversight. This role involves end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and data layers, with a focus on building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically strong, and comfortable leading design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications across UI, backend, and data layers
• Own features from design through production release
• Ensure performance, security, and operational readiness

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, accessible UI using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Develop reusable components and scalable UI patterns
• Optimize performance and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Development

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Implement secure coding practices and API governance

Data & Integration

• Work with SQL Server and MongoDB
• Design and implement graph data models (Neo4j or equivalent)
• Integrate graph and relational data within backend services

DevOps & Cloud

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker
• Deploy applications in AWS and container platforms (OpenShift)
• Improve system reliability and scalability

Technical Leadership

• Lead design sessions, architecture discussions, and POCs
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and platform teams
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend skills: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong backend skills: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server and MongoDB
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker
• Ability to independently deliver complex solutions in an enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j or similar)
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs or relationship-based data models
• Exposure to AI / GenAI applications
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Experience supporting large-scale consumer or data platforms
