The Information Security Analyst will support the design, execution, and operationalization of the Critical Infrastructure / Control Plane program. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, governing, and enhancing the resiliency of critical infrastructure, including control-plane systems and key dependencies.

The analyst will partner with security, governance, technology teams, and third-party assessors to perform assessments, resilience reviews, remediation tracking, and lifecycle process development.

Key Responsibilities

Critical Infrastructure Inventory & Governance

  • Support development and maintenance of a centralized inventory of critical infrastructure systems, applications, and dependencies
  • Ensure assets are properly documented, tagged, and governed within systems of record (e.g., ServiceNow/BAM)
  • Validate scope and definitions aligned with enterprise frameworks

CI Assessment & Resiliency Reviews

  • Execute assessments using approved cyber resiliency frameworks and control baselines
  • Participate in structured resilience reviews, including validation of:
    • System architecture and design
    • Control planes and dependencies
    • Observability and recovery readiness
  • Identify and document resiliency gaps and improvement opportunities

Remediation Planning & Tracking

  • Compile remediation actions from assessments and reviews
  • Support prioritization based on risk and impact
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track remediation through completion

Lifecycle Management Process Support

  • Contribute to development of CI lifecycle management processes
  • Support implementation of assessment cadence, ownership models, and tracking
  • Assist with transition of processes to steady-state teams

Program & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support execution of program strategy across workstreams
  • Prepare materials for executive communication and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party assessors

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in:
    • Information security
    • Cyber resiliency
    • Infrastructure or technology risk management
  • Experience performing system-level assessments in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Critical infrastructure
    • Control planes
    • System dependencies and recovery considerations
  • Experience with governance processes and systems of record (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Ability to clearly document technical and business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Resiliency-by-design
    • Lifecycle management
    • Large-scale infrastructure initiatives
  • Familiarity with:
    • Cyber resiliency frameworks
    • Operational resilience or control baseline frameworks
  • Experience facilitating technical reviews or working sessions
  • Experience supporting infrastructure or application assessments
