This is a W2 contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C.

The Product Management Support role enables GenAI product teams by building and maintaining high-quality documentation, playbooks, and operational artifacts. This role ensures consistency, governance, and operational readiness as GenAI capabilities scale across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities (R&R)

• Build and maintain Confluence pages and GenAI product documentation.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support governance, controls, and compliance documentation.
• Create training materials and onboarding content for GenAI capabilities.
• Standardize product management artifacts across initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure readiness.
