Our Asset Management team delivers innovative investment solutions across a global, multi-product platform, combining the advantages of a large firm with the agility of a boutique. As a leading investment management organization, we leverage a global team of professionals to define solutions and lead change across our operational infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Centralized RFP team. This team manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from both prospective and existing institutional clients. The RFP Specialist will collaborate closely with Client Portfolio Management teams (Fixed Income, Quantitative Investment Strategies, Fundamental Equity) and various sales channels to deliver precise, compelling, and client-focused communications about the firm’s investment philosophy, strategies, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development & Customization
Lead drafting, editing, and tailoring of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across equities, fixed income, alternatives (private equity, hedge funds, real estate), and multi-asset solutions. Ensure strategic alignment with client needs and brand guidelines.

Content Management & Maintenance
Manage and update a centralized content library of firm data, product information, and investment narratives. Identify content gaps and work with subject matter experts to develop new materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as liaison across Portfolio Management, Sales, Client Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to validate information and align messaging.

Project Management
Handle multiple RFP projects concurrently under tight deadlines, tracking progress and coordinating stakeholder input for timely delivery.

Strategic Communication & Messaging
Translate complex investment strategies, market insights, and quantitative data into persuasive, client-facing language. Develop narratives that differentiate the firm’s offerings in the market.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure accuracy, grammatical correctness, stylistic consistency, and full adherence to brand, internal, and regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA).

  • Support development of sales metrics and track RFP flows and hit rates
  • Assist with ad hoc projects including technology initiatives
  • Review materials prepared by analysts for accuracy and compliance

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce preferred
  • 2–3 years of prior content writing or proposal experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to adapt to other software tools
  • Knowledge of the investment management industry a plus
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
