Workday HCM Project Manager

W2 Only - $75/hr W2

Contract to hire – conversion salary details available

Top Skills:

• Emphasis on someone who is a Workday expert and could help lead the Workday implementation for us, especially time tracking and payroll. 
• The intent is to implement multiple modules in Workday HCM
• Ideally someone who can also assist with current issues in ADP and various timekeeping tools.

Required Skills:

• Must have a good grasp on project management/project lifecycles
• Strong experience implementing Workday HCM
• Experience migrating from ADP to Workday HCM
• Prefer someone who has experience implementing timekeeping systems (Workday, TCP, etc.)
• Strong combination of both technical and business acumen
• Has strong work ethics, can collaborate with many stakeholders, and can adapt to changing situations and ambiguity
• Effectively communicate at the executive level as well as with the front-line team
• Strong organizational change management
