DevOps Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in GitHub Actions, Harness, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, enable scalable AI model deployment, and build autonomous workflows. The ideal candidate bridges DevOps and AI engineering to accelerate software delivery, automation, and intelligent system orchestration.

• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Integrate and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, APIs, fine-tuned models)
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems (multi-step autonomous workflows, tool use, decisioning agents)
• Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security of pipelines and AI services
• Enable MLOps practices for model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
• Hands-on experience with Harness (CD, feature flags, cloud cost management is a plus)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience integrating Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Scripting/programming: Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
