We are seeking a detail-oriented Project & Process Coordinator to support the Interview Strategy & Logistics Delivery and Operations team. This role is responsible for managing the interviewer experience by ensuring interviewers are properly trained, certified, and compliant with program requirements.
In addition, this position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing process documentation, auditing existing materials for accuracy, and developing new resources where gaps are identified.
The ideal candidate thrives in structured, process-driven environments and brings strong organizational skills, documentation experience, and operational discipline.
Manage the lifecycle of interviewer training and certification programs
Coordinate and track enrollment, completion, and compliance of required training modules
Maintain accurate records of certified interviewers
Audit training completion data and generate compliance reports
Identify gaps and drive corrective action
Serve as a point of contact for interviewer inquiries related to training, certification status, and logistics
Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders
Own and maintain the operational documentation library
Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to update documentation in response to policy, system, or strategic changes
Identify documentation gaps and develop new SOPs, job aids, training guides, and FAQ resources
Ensure resources are clear, accessible, and user-friendly
Provide coordination and administrative support for team initiatives
Track timelines and manage deliverables
Organize meetings and maintain project visibility
Suggest improvements to existing processes, tools, and workflows
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and interviewer experience
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, recruitment operations, or a process-driven operational role
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Ability to commute onsite in Richmond, VA Monday–Friday
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of personal ownership, discretion, and flexibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and process changes
