Software Engineer 3

Line of Business: Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Irving, TX (401 Las Colinas Blvd W)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (3/6/2026 – 3/5/2027)


Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer 3 to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role will contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in .NET development, Microsoft SQL Server, and enterprise application design within a structured, compliance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables

  • Contribute to planning and execution of large-scale engineering solutions

  • Review and analyze technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies

  • Design and optimize SQL Server database objects including queries and stored procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver secure, scalable solutions

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Support IAM-related initiatives and application integrations


Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent combination of work, consulting, military, training, or education)

  • Strong experience with .NET / C# development

  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, data modeling)

  • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications

  • Ability to analyze moderately complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Angular (1–2 years preferred)

  • Experience working within Identity & Access Management environments

  • Familiarity with secure application development practices

  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries
