We are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data-driven digital products, including business metrics, datasets, and dashboards. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements while ensuring solutions deliver measurable value across the organization.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital data and analytics products.
Write clear, precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and data requirements.
Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Lead value stream and epic roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery capacity.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and QA teams to support test strategy definition and validation of delivered solutions.
Ensure product features deliver measurable value and meet quality, usability, and performance expectations.
Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Continuously refine backlog priorities based on business value, feedback, and evolving needs.
Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong ability to write clear and concise user requirements for analytics and data products.
Experience defining and managing product roadmaps.
Experience with business requirements and test strategy development.
Hands-on experience with value stream and epic roadmap planning.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
