Client Operations Associate (Entry-Level | 12-Month Contract)

Opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance

Cohoes, NY – 100% onsite

W2 Rate $25/hr

We are looking for entry level Client Operations Associates to support new and existing clients by assisting with onboarding, account setup, and day-to-day service needs. This role works closely with clients and internal teams and is a great opportunity to build experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0–5 years of experience in a professional or office environment
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Client service, finance, or internship experience is a plus but not required
• SIE license preferred but not required
• Financial services experience is a nice to have
