Senior Client Delivery Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC (550 S Tryon St)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Line of Business: Client Lifecycle Management

About the Role

Seeking a Client Delivery Consultant to support our Institutional business with a focus on Derivatives onboarding. This role partners closely with Sales to manage the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and timely experience from document collection through account opening and configuration.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong coordination across Sales, Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship building, and brings strong organizational and Excel skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales to manage the pipeline of institutional clients being onboarded
  • Establish onboarding priorities and provide regular status updates to Sales, clients, Negotiation teams, and Operations
  • Submit and track all account opening and new client onboarding requests
  • Collect, review, and coordinate required documentation (e.g., organizational documents, tax forms, legal agreements) in partnership with Sales, Relationship Managers, clients, and third-party advisors
  • Act as the central point of contact for onboarding matters within the covered business
  • Coordinate across multiple internal support teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of onboarding progress using Excel-based tools
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive solutions to keep onboarding timelines on track

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with institutional clients, preferably within Corporate & Investment Banking environments
  • Exposure to Derivatives products and related documentation
  • Project management experience or demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Familiarity with client onboarding and data management processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate across multiple departments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
