Will support financial counseling services while ensuring strong risk management, operational controls, and an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, process client requests, and uphold compliance standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical ability, and maintains the highest level of professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and provide accurate, timely resolutions to questions and concerns.
  • Facilitate payment-related functions and address inquiries regarding accounts, portfolios, and financial records.
  • De-escalate client issues with professionalism, patience, and solution-oriented support.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting processes, including website navigation and service usage.
  • Collaborate with client service professionals and financial advisors to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Review and approve pending client requests, ensuring proper authorization and supporting documentation meet policy requirements.
  • Utilize proprietary and external systems to evaluate complex situations and apply critical thinking to decision-making.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve ongoing issues and clarify policy-related questions.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies related to quality, client service, information security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Cross-train in additional operational functions to support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, client services, financial services, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
