Will support financial counseling services while ensuring strong risk management, operational controls, and an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, process client requests, and uphold compliance standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical ability, and maintains the highest level of professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and provide accurate, timely resolutions to questions and concerns.
- Facilitate payment-related functions and address inquiries regarding accounts, portfolios, and financial records.
- De-escalate client issues with professionalism, patience, and solution-oriented support.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting processes, including website navigation and service usage.
- Collaborate with client service professionals and financial advisors to enhance the overall client experience.
- Review and approve pending client requests, ensuring proper authorization and supporting documentation meet policy requirements.
- Utilize proprietary and external systems to evaluate complex situations and apply critical thinking to decision-making.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve ongoing issues and clarify policy-related questions.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies related to quality, client service, information security, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify unusual or suspicious activity and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Cross-train in additional operational functions to support evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, client services, financial services, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
