We are seeking a highly detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support and optimize background screening and I-9 verification operations within the Talent Acquisition function. This role serves as the primary operational and product liaison between internal HR stakeholders and third-party background check vendors, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of Cisive and other background screening vendors, strong testing and UAT coordination experience, and the ability to communicate complex operational and technical issues clearly to both business and vendor partners.
Serve as the primary product and operations contact for background screening and I-9 verification business stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for Cisive and other background check vendors, managing requirements, changes, and issue resolution.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to gather, define, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, high-quality vendor requirements for execution.
Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
Ensure all vendor-implemented changes are thoroughly tested, validated, and perform as expected across all scenarios.
Identify, assess, and communicate complex issues in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards related to background screening and employment eligibility verification.
Support continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition operations by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.
Maintain detailed documentation for processes, requirements, testing outcomes, and vendor changes.
Expert-level experience working with Cisive and other background screening vendors.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Operations, including background checks and I-9 processes.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Experience creating test cases and coordinating UAT with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of testing requirements across multiple scenarios and workflows.
Ability to clearly communicate complex operational or technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with Workday (Talent Acquisition or HCM modules).
Familiarity with HR compliance and employment eligibility requirements.
Experience in HR systems, product operations, or HR technology support roles.
Experience supporting process improvements or system enhancements in enterprise HR environments.
