Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Advanced database development in MS SQL Server & Oracle: expert T‑SQL / PL/SQL, complex stored procedures/functions, data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning for large datasets.
  
• Data integration & ETL / warehousing: build and maintain reliable pipelines (e.g., SSIS/Oracle ETL), data quality checks, reconciliation, and star/snowflake models to support analytics and reporting.
  
• Power BI engineering: strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), report/dashboard design, RLS/security, and performance optimization across SQL Server/Oracle sources.
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional scrum teams—leveraging Agile principles, participating actively in ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros), embracing adaptive planning, and contributing to continuous improvement to deliver customer and business value.
  
• AI & Machine Learning enablement: ability to operationalize ML outputs in data platforms (feature tables, scoring pipelines), integrate Python/R models or cloud ML services, and deliver predictive/insight dashboards (forecasting, anomaly detection) with governance and monitoring.
  
• Database & application migration / modernization: experience migrating legacy database/application workloads (e.g., on‑prem → cloud/hybrid), refactoring schemas and ETL, validating data parity, and executing cutover plans with minimal downtime and strong operational readiness

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
