Appointment Setter

Location:  REMOTE (East Coast or Midwest preferred)
Duration: 6 months, possiblity to convert
Contract Type: Contract (Performance-based), W2

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to convert warm inbound leads (from VSL/webinar funnels and ads) into qualified consultations for our licensed agents.This is not an entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new inbound leads quickly (Speed to Lead is critical) via phone and messaging
  • Run short qualification calls and confirm fit before booking
  • Schedule consultations and manage confirmations/reminders to ensure a high show-up rate
  • Keep accurate notes/status updates in the lead management system provided
  • Follow compliance rules: no “investment advice” language — we focus on life insurance protection

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Professional English (internal communication)
  • Proven experience in appointment setting / SDR in US insurance or financial services
  • Solid understanding of basic US financial concepts (e.g., 401(k), IRA, and insurance fundamentals)
  • Ability to work fast with inbound leads and hit Speed-to-Lead targets
  • Professional communication, structure, and strong objection handling
Compensation Structure
  • $60 for each Qualified Show-up
  • $100 bonus per issued policy (paid once the policy is officially active)
  • $200 monthly bonus for maintaining a show-up rate of more than 75%

Qualified Show-up definition: meeting takes place, prospect attends 30+ minutes, and meets basic qualification criteria
