Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Contract Length: 24-month contract- Some on site work

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will assist the Manager of Enterprise Architecture in defining and documenting enterprise processes, writing architectural deliverables, and performing strong requirements analysis. The BSA will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and deliver system enhancements and integrations. A strong technical background is required.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Process Support

• Assist the Manager of Enterprise Architecture in defining, documenting, and optimizing enterprise processes.
• Write and maintain architectural deliverables, including models, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support architectural decision-making and solution design through strong technical expertise.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Perform strong requirements analysis to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, objectives, and requirements.

System Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Project Coordination

• Support coordination efforts across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery of system enhancements and integrations.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract, analyze, and present data to support business decisions.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong technical background.

Preferred

• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ITIL.
