IT Field Service Associate
Location: Grand Blanc, MI (requires Onsite at various Hospitals)
Must live within 25 minutes from Grand Blanc
Duration: 12+ Months then eligible for Contract renewal
Role Type: W2 contract role
Role Summary:
- Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting.
- Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
- Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality.
Key Skills:
- Must have 2-3+ years of IT Field Support experience (Client/customer facing)
- IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused).
- Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required).
- Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
