A leading financial services organization is seeking a consultant to support its Financial Crimes Risk Management Governance team by developing and applying generative AI prompt solutions that improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of financial crimes governance processes.
This role will focus on building prompt-driven workflows that enhance the review and documentation of issues, controls, assessments, and quality assurance activities across financial crimes operations.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of financial services governance experience and hands-on expertise designing responsible AI prompt libraries in a regulated environment.
Build, refine, and maintain generative AI prompt libraries to support financial crimes governance processes
Use prompt-driven workflows to improve the effectiveness and consistency of quality assurance reviews
Integrate AI-enabled checks into procedure and documentation updates, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements
Partner with analysts, risk leaders, and governance stakeholders to embed prompt-assisted workflows into daily operations
Develop documentation and standards supporting AI-enabled governance practices
Train team members on effective and responsible use of approved AI prompts and tools
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrated expertise designing and applying generative AI prompts to support operational, governance, or review processes
Strong technical writing, analytical reasoning, and documentation skills
Experience building prompt libraries or implementing AI-driven QA processes
Familiarity with financial crimes risk domains, including:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Fraud Risk Management
Sanctions Compliance
Financial Crimes Controls and Governance
Experience supporting governance, issue management, or compliance programs within large financial institutions
Knowledge of AI governance, model risk considerations, or responsible AI practices
Ability to translate complex regulatory and control requirements into structured AI-enabled workflows
Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a highly regulated environment
Proven ability to improve governance processes through AI-assisted solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
Comfortable working with evolving generative AI capabilities within enterprise risk frameworks
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
