Enterprise Project Manager

Location: Remote (Oregon, Utah, Washington, Idaho)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $80.00/hr

We are seeking a senior-level Enterprise Project Manager IV to lead large-scale, highly complex business and IT initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing multimillion-dollar programs, managing multiple project managers, and partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Healthcare and regulatory experience (Medicare preferred) is highly desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise-level programs and portfolios ($10–15M annually) across business and IT initiatives

• Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization

• Oversee and mentor multiple project managers within a matrixed organization

• Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and IT leadership to drive outcomes

• Develop and present project plans, business cases, ROI analysis, and executive-level status reporting

• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust delivery strategies as needed

• Ensure alignment with PMO standards, governance, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience

• Proven success leading large, complex programs ($10M+ budgets; teams of 75+ preferred)

• Strong expertise in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning

• Experience with hybrid project and software development lifecycles

• Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across teams

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
