Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Salesforce implementations
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud features and workflows
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project

Desired Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification
  
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
  
• Experience in customer service, call center, or CRM transformation projects
  
• Experience managing system integrations and data migrations
