We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Collateral Management Analyst to support account lifecycle events and ensure operational readiness prior to trading activity. This role partners across internal teams and external counterparties to interpret client requirements, establish operational workflows, and maintain strong controls within a regulated financial services environment.
An analyst within Cleared Collateral Management will primarily be focused on building operational workflows for collateral management on clearing houses. Through the performance and reengineering of a number of operational processes, a successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities to support computation & settlement of interest and restructure overall client cash collateral management.
The role will involve close partnership and interaction with a wide range of areas, including Credit Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management and other Operations Departments. As a result, the successful candidate will be required to possess strong communication & technical skills, ability to think quick and work under pressure as well as excellent client service.
Skills
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

Bachelor's Degree Required
