We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support our Central Access Provisioning (IAM Operations) team. This contract role will focus on identity and access management (IAM) operations, process improvements, and operational support as the organization transitions from manual access processes to a more automated environment.
The ideal candidate has experience in information security analysis, access provisioning, and IAM operations, and is comfortable supporting low-to-moderate complexity initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Support Information Security and IAM operational initiatives of low to moderate complexity
Perform access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review support
Analyze access-related security issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and support automation efforts
Review and follow security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Flex across different IAM operational functions to support capacity needs
2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through:
Professional or consulting experience
Military experience
Education and/or formal training
Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
Experience working with access provisioning or security operations
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment on low-to-medium risk issues
Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar
Familiarity with access reviews, RBAC, or JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes
Exposure to security compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, NIST, etc.)
Experience working in environments undergoing process automation
