Job Title: Information Security Engineer
Location: Irving, TX ***On-Site Required***
Work Type: Contract  - W2
Duration: 24+ Months  Start Date: 1/12/2026

Role Overview

This contingent assignment supports the Information Security Engineering organization within the SN Application Hosting (L4) line of business. The Information Security Engineer  will consult on and participate in moderately complex security initiatives, contribute to large-scale security planning, and help resolve technical security challenges. The role requires strong hands-on security engineering experience, collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in an onsite enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on and contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering.
• Participate in planning and execution of large-scale Information Security Engineering deliverables.
• Review, analyze, and resolve moderately complex security engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables.
• Support troubleshooting and remediation of security-related issues across hosted applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with Information Security Engineering peers and client personnel to meet delivery objectives.
• Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of:
• Work or consulting experience
• Training
• Military experience
• Education

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet security technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to development or application-hosting environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive personality with strong ownership and follow-through.

Additional Information

• Onsite presence required in Irving, TX.
• This role is specific to contingent resources.
• Assignment duration is up to 24 months, with continuation based on business needs and performance.
