Program/Project Analyst

Charlotte NC- fully onsite 100%

12+ months – W2 Rate - $53/hr

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with ALM Octane is highly preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format
• Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions including automation initiatives.
• Will be required to provide capacity planning, reporting and PowerPoint presentations
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong Project Management background required – must know the lifecycle of a project
• Must be able to analyze data and provide results
