Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of combined Business Analyst and Project Manager experience
  
• Strong BA skills: requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, backlog creation/grooming, and collaboration with offshore dev teams
  
• Solid PM capabilities: planning and coordinating dependencies across teams
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, including communication with technical teams, business partners, and executives
  
• PMO processes and Capital Markets/Financial Services knowledge (highly preferred)
• Data analysis: Excel, SQL
  
• BI platforms: Power BI, Snowflake (or similar)
  
• Agile tools: Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current state reporting processes; develop future state and identify automation opportunities
  
• Define solution architecture, dependencies, and data/reporting workflow design
  
• Create executive-level reports and custom data analyses; identify opportunities to automate recurring deliverables
  
• Groom and prioritize backlog for offshore development team
  
• Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions while safeguarding existing BAU reporting.
