WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple advisor teams by handling critical tasks such as:
Preparing, reviewing, and editing confidential correspondence
Managing document scanning, archiving, and organization across several systems
Preparing travel expense reports and billing allocation summaries
Coordinating and processing time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
Tackling a variety of special administrative projects as needed
Your work ensures smooth operations, timely deliverables, and exceptional client support.
