WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple advisor teams by handling critical tasks such as:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and editing confidential correspondence

  • Managing document scanning, archiving, and organization across several systems

  • Preparing travel expense reports and billing allocation summaries

  • Coordinating and processing time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments

  • Tackling a variety of special administrative projects as needed

Your work ensures smooth operations, timely deliverables, and exceptional client support.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
