We are seeking a Process Engineer / Process Analyst to support an enterprise-wide process redesign initiative. The role focuses on facilitating discovery sessions, redesigning future-state workflows, and developing clear, standardized process maps. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with business process improvement, process modeling standards, and tools such as iGrafx (preferred but not required).
This role requires strong facilitation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and well-documented processes.
Facilitate discovery and working sessions with subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand current-state workflows.
Lead efforts to (re)design future-state business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Create high-quality process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation using established modeling standards (e.g., BPMN).
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to validate process changes and ensure accuracy.
Maintain process documentation and ensure consistency with enterprise process frameworks.
Provide process-engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and process changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure process improvements are scalable, operationally sound, and well-governed.
Experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Engineering, or Business Process Management.
Strong understanding of process mapping standards (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams, SIPOC, RACI, etc.).
Ability to facilitate group sessions and work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience using iGrafx for process mapping or documentation.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working in enterprise-level process transformation efforts.
Knowledge of end-to-end process design best practices and governance.
