Job Title: Client Data Change Management Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Rate: $23/hour
Duration 6 months

About the Role

The Client Data Change Management (CDCM) Analyst will join the Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations division, a highly regulated and fast-paced environment supporting client account documentation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in ensuring accurate client information, timely processing of change requests, and compliance adherence.

In PWM Operations, CDCM works closely with PWM teams, Compliance, Legal, and other Operations groups to uphold strong risk management practices and promote a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process client data change requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
  • Perform due diligence and validation on PWM client accounts and associated documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity while adhering to internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management controls.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders—including PWM teams, Compliance, and Legal—to coordinate and resolve data-related inquiries.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing high-value tasks.
  • Utilize MS Excel (including handling large datasets), Word, and various web-based applications to support data-processing workflows.
  • Provide exceptional client experience indirectly through accurate data handling and timely processing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel (large datasets), Word, and web-based tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing client expectations and communicating effectively across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
