Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager, a W2 contract with one of our largest clients!

Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY No C2C

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager with Software implementation experience to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at cross-functional coordination, communication, and influencing at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
• Drive change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
• Create and deliver training and readiness materials to support adoption.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven experience in organizational change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) is preferred.
• Experience in SDLC, configuration, enterprise readiness, change management, engagement across various line of business.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certifications preferred.
