Job Title: Software Engineer-Full stack Java Development

Position Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for specialty software engineering. Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term specialty software engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance programming using Java or Python.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development using Angular/Typescript for front-end and Java with Spring Framework for back-end.
• 5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
• 5+ years of experience with Apache Ignite for in-memory computing.
• 5+ years of experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• 5+ years of experience with code quality tools like SonarQube.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• 5+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, New Relic, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proficiency with OpenFin for building modern desktop applications.
• Proficiency with OpenShift and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) for deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Fixed Income domain.
• Understanding of Bond Pricing, Bond Risk, Bond PnL, and Position Management.
• Understanding of Trade lifecycle, Position Management, and End of Day Marking.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment.
• Strong delivery focus and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
