We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our client’s Product Family organization. In this role, you will lead the development of a Product Vision at the family level, driving measurable business value and enhanced customer experience across multiple teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and guide teams in executing on high-impact product initiatives.

This position requires a strategic servant leader—someone who influences outcomes without direct authority, demonstrates deep domain knowledge, and identifies patterns and opportunities without needing to dissect every detail. The ideal candidate is recognized as an expert in their field, known for advancing product excellence and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and continuous evolution of the Product Vision and roadmap for a Product Family.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategy, manage interdependencies, and deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure product initiatives align with customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or customer-impacting issues proactively.
• Support workstreams related to service operations, disaster recovery, and observability within core customer success domains.
• Influence teams through thought leadership, mentorship, and deep technical and business insight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Agile Delivery within large-scale or complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and business strategy into actionable product roadmaps.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics, disaster recovery planning, and observability frameworks a plus.
• Recognized expertise and influence within the product management or Agile community preferred.
