Finance Intern

W2 Pay Rate      $23/hr

Salt Lake City UT- hybrid onsite role

6 months, with potential to go permanent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree is required in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ months experience working in financial services environments/projects that focuses on interest rates, trade operations, settlements, wealth management, client services or financial services – coursework is accepted
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a range of Equity Derivative products, as well as Cash Securities and Listed Derivatives – basic knowledge is all that is required
• Strong Teamwork skills to work with internal and external teams
• Ability to gain a strong understanding of the business and work with Confirmations, Settlements, Trading and Sales desks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – will be interfacing with customers
• Ability to provide updates to internal Trading/Sales people
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• This role will require a self-starter who can manage competing deadlines and can prioritize appropriately
