Pharmacy Technician
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 12 Month contract with chance of extending/converting
Pay Rate: 23/HR
On-site on rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Help desk is open Mon– Fri 8am to 6pm.
This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
• Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
• Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Call center experience
• CMS knowledge
Education/Certifications
CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)
