Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (Onsite M–F 8–5, rotating early/late shifts; hybrid after initial period)
Duration: 6 months contract-to-perm potential
Pay: $35-42/hr W2 ONLY
Support customer service operations by triaging incidents, managing requests, testing, and helping deliver technology solutions (primarily SAP CRMB/IS-U, ServiceNow, and related systems). Entry- to mid-level positions available, with growth from Specialist I (entry-level triage/testing) to Specialist II (request lifecycle ownership and more complex incident resolution).
Triage and manage incidents/requests in ServiceNow (Service One), ensuring timely updates and resolution.
Participate in requirements gathering, UAT test case creation, test execution, and documentation (process flows, interfaces, test plans, results).
Support enhancements and production changes aligned with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Develop knowledge of customer service, billing, finance, and device management functions within SAP CRMB/IS-U.
Collaborate with business partners to improve process efficiency, compliance, and reporting.
Assist in documenting master data models and governance reporting.
Engage with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while ensuring delivery quality.
Education:
Specialist I: HS diploma required, Associate’s preferred.
Specialist II: Associate’s required, Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience:
2+ years supporting customer service operations with technology solutions.
Experience in project coordination, UAT testing, requirements gathering.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet).
Skills:
Incident triage, production support, requirements analysis.
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in high-volume environment.
Experience with SAP CRMB/IS-U (customer service, billing/rates, finance, or device management).
Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident/request management.
Experience in billing functions and forecasting.
Exposure to Smartsheet and Agile project delivery.
