Business Operations Consultant – Banking Disclosures / Regulatory Execution

Des Moines, IA- hybrid onsite – 3 days in office/2 days remote

12 months

W2 Rate - $63-65/hr NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY

This role will support the review, restructuring, and phased implementation of banking disclosures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience analyzing complex documentation, structuring content for system readiness, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and integration.
• Familiarity with disclosure systems and downstream platforms (e.g., Naehas, CaaS) preferred, not required
• Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in managing execution activities within highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to parse and interpret complex documentation.
• Experience in business execution, content transformation, or process documentation.
• Ability to manage phased execution activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Background in banking, financial services, or regulatory documentation required.
• AI familiarity is highly desirable
