ServiceNow Developer/Tester

12+ Months with extension
W2 contract role

Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management (1.0 and 2.0) to join our team in Southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, testing automation, and structured test planning and execution for IT ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Implement and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for regression and functional testing.
• Configure and manage Test Management 2.0 for test planning, execution cycles, and reporting.  Integrate with Project and Agile frameworks to tie testing cases to requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance for SOX and business teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and automate regression testing.
• Integrate testing processes with Agile Development 2.0 and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and CSA.
• 3 years of development experience.
• Experience with multiple deployments of ServiceNow ATF and Test Management 2.0.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
