a. Military Lifestyle Experience Must have undergone at least one Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move as an active-duty military spouse. Relocations are a common aspect of military life, and having firsthand experience demonstrates flexibility and the ability to adjust effectively to new environments both personally and professionally.
b. Additional familiarity with various lifestyle aspects associated with being part of a service member s family.
2. Strong Communication Skills
a. Proficiency in verbal and written communication is essential, including fluency with social media platforms and technology-based communication tools. The representative should be comfortable initiating conversations with other military members and adept at steering discussions as needed.
3. Professionalism and Dependability
a. This is a field-based role requiring appropriate professional attire upon completion of training. The representative must consistently embody the brand, meet deadlines, and provide ongoing feedback throughout this pilot program.
4. Passion for the Brand
a. Genuine enthusiasm for the brand, along with a personal belief in its products, services, and mission. While this position is not sales-focused, it requires a committed advocate who can serve as a trusted liaison between our company and military families.
