Job Description: Business Analyst (nCino/Salesforce)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $85/hr W2 Only
Duration: 12+ Months
Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. You will deliver long-term, innovative solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking, working closely with senior leadership to drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on Middle Market Banking and Corporate Investment Banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino/Salesforce-based solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Platform Optimization: Configure and optimize nCino/Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, to ensure clarity and continuity.
- System Testing: Support system testing by creating test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
- User Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino/Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise with nCino and Salesforce, including configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with banking processes such as commercial and retail lending, account opening, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or nCino certifications (preferred but not required).
