Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Business Execution Consultant, for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Job Title: Business execution consultant
Role Type: W2 only, No c2c.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in the office.

Job Summary:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be part of third-party program design team.
- Candidate will manage all procedures and training, designing the program itself. Additionally work directly with technology to make design changes.
- Alot of corrective action work that is being driven through regulatory changes in STORM.
- Detail oriented work that needs to fill some on the gaps in our manual process currently. Problem solving, analytics/reporting until we can get it in the system.
- Third party background is a plus.
- Need someone that has been involved with solutioning or designing. Root cause analysis. Ability to do some reporting and data.
- Candidate must be capable of analyzing and performing detailed complex reviews to identify appropriate next steps. Must also possess excel/reporting capabilities to aggregate data and be able to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Candidate will Clear a backlog of Third Party Records that do not tie to business functions or application.
- There are several similar projects where there is a backlog or activities that the contractor can support that the team does not have the capacity to complete.
