Job Title: Sr. VIP Support Analyst
Location: Draper, UT (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. VIP Support Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support to our VIP and executive team. This role requires expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Mobile Applications, Active Directory, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-priority incidents with professionalism and urgency are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to VIP clients and executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows operating systems.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Assist with mobile application support on iOS and Android devices.
- Administer Active Directory, including user account provisioning and permissions.
- Maintain documentation for support processes and technical configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve support capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably supporting VIP clients.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with mobile application support and troubleshooting.
- Strong Active Directory management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Background in Financial Services or Investment Banking is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSE).
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
