Job Title: Project Coordinator w/Primavera
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Tampa, FL Hybrid Schedule
Job Description:
Primary function is to lead the development and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera. Will also support project-related financial databases, data extraction, financial reporting and other report generation, project forecasting, and reconciliation as required by the project team(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project schedules in Primavera
- Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence
- Support Project Managers in identifying schedules and milestones at risk
- Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals and contingencies
- Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules,

Required:
- Primavera experience, scheduling, project planning and estimating skills, as well as the communication skills necessary to interface with external engineering, architectural and construction firms.
- Excel and Access are required.
Preferred:
