Job Description:

  • At least one year of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, as part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charge of status due to debt being delinquent for an excessive number of days.
  • Strong consideration will be given to applicants having experience in all 3 skills described.
  • Job requires strong communication skills, ability to research accounts using multiple systems while balancing a conversation with a member, and most importantly having an excellent attendance record

Top skills and experience for each skill:

  • One year of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, as part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charged off status.

What are the top three technology tools this resource must have knowledge using?

  • Outlook email system, Slack message system, & ability to learn account access system trained inhouse

Can you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?

  • Handling inbound calls from members needing service on their loans and credit cards.
  • Servicing includes taking payments over the phone, providing balances, requesting statements, payoff letters, paid in full letters, helping members enter into a settlement to resolve their debt.
