Job Summary:

Currently hiring for Volunteer Program Coordinator to manage community volunteer initiative. This role oversees 200+ volunteer projects annually, coordinating with nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution and meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects, including application review, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver presentations and training to nonprofit partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate marketing, materials distribution, and transportation logistics for volunteers.
  • Analyze data and assist with program evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently or in a team.
