Job Description

Production Manager – Roofing & Siding

South Jersey | $60,000–$70,000 | Full-Time | Residential Exterior Remodeling

Own the Operation. Build What Comes Next.

Our client is an established South Jersey exterior remodeling company seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day roofing and siding production.

With nearly 40 years of local brand recognition and approximately $4M–$5M in annual revenue, the company has a strong foundation and is positioned for meaningful growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who simply maintains a production schedule. We’re looking for an experienced roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling production leader who can take ownership from sales handoff through completed installation, solve problems before they become problems, and help build the operational structure required for the company’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own

• Manage residential roofing and siding projects from sales handoff through completion
• Build accurate material orders and coordinate purchasing
• Coordinate material deliveries and job-site readiness
• Schedule installation crews and maintain the production calendar
• Manage subcontractors, crews, foremen, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure jobs are properly prepared before installation begins
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout production
• Maintain quality, timelines, and customer expectations
• Improve production processes as the company grows
• Help prepare operations for future expansion into replacement windows

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who already understands residential exterior remodeling production and is ready to take ownership.

• Roofing and siding production management experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials and installation
• Experience managing installation crews, subcontractors, or field teams
• Ability to create accurate material orders
• Strong project management and scheduling skills
• Experience coordinating suppliers and material deliveries
• Ability to manage multiple active residential projects simultaneously
• Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional homeowner communication
• Independent decision-making and strong accountability

Window production or ordering experience is strongly preferred.

AccuLynx experience is a major plus.

Experience as a Roofing Production Manager, Construction Production Manager, Exterior Remodeling Production Manager, Project Manager, Installation Manager, Field Operations Manager, or Roofing Operations Manager may translate well to this opportunity.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience
• Full-time, in-person position
• South Jersey / Cape May County market
• Typical schedule approximately 7:30–8:00 AM through 5:00 PM
• No regular Saturday office schedule
• Must be available when active projects, crews, or customers require support

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become a key operational leader inside an established exterior remodeling company entering its next stage of growth.

The foundation is already here: nearly four decades in business, an established local reputation, active roofing and siding production, and a growing sales operation.

Now our client needs the right production leader to bring structure, accountability, and ownership to what happens after the sale.

If you know roofing and siding production, understand how to manage crews and materials, and want the autonomy to make an operation better — we want to talk to you.
