Our Client is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing Houston sales team. This is a full-time, W-2 sales opportunity designed for motivated early-career professionals who want professional sales training, uncapped earning potential, and a clear path into sales leadership.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing sales coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

If you have a background in college athletics, military service, hospitality, customer service, Greek life, campus leadership, business development, or another competitive, people-focused environment, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Greater Houston to understand their needs and recommend the right home improvement solutions.

You’ll learn how to:

* Meet and build relationships with homeowners
* Deliver professional in-home sales presentations
* Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
* Develop consultative selling and closing skills
* Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
* Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
* Work toward individual sales goals and performance targets

Compensation

$40,000 Starting base salary

Plus:

* Uncapped sales commissions
