Lemus Home Remodeling is seeking driven, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Consultants.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations to understand customer goals, needs, and project vision.
- Inspect project areas and develop customized remodeling solutions.
- Educate homeowners on products, materials, installation methods, warranties, and financing options.
- Present solutions and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
- Build trust and credibility throughout the customer journey.
- Help homeowners make informed decisions regarding their remodeling investment.
- Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Accurately document customer interactions and project details within company CRM systems.
- Partner with operations and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through installation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience preferred.
- Home remodeling, roofing, windows, bath, kitchen, HVAC, solar, or other in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays to accommodate homeowner schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
